Computers break. It's a fact of life. For anyone who has spent many futile hours on the phone trying to diagnose and repair a computer problem, you know that it can be very difficult for a non-professional to fix many computer problems. CS Computers has technicians on-staff who are trained to diagnose and repair computers problems whether they are a result of a mechanical issue, component failure or faulty software.
CSC generally has enough parts in stock to fix most hardware-related problems. If we don't have what you need in stock, we can have it usually within 2-3 days. When time is a factor, overnight delivery is an option. If you would like to order a specific brand of replacement part, we can do that for you--usually at lower than market prices!
When bringing a computer into the shop for repair, it is normally not necessary to bring your monitor, printer, keyboard or mouse with you unless your problem is specific to one of those items. You also do not need to bring any cables or power cords with you when you bring your computer in for service. Simply unplug everything from the computer and bring it to us. We will make the necessary repairs and notify you when your computer is ready to be picked up! Businesses needing on-site repair services should contact us via phone or email.
Before you take your computer home we will go over it with you and make certain you are satisfied with its operation. Please be aware that we do not provide data recovery services. It is your responsibility to back-up all of your files to insure there is no data loss.
It is CS Computers' policy not to discuss or divulge the contents of any files that are on a computer that we service.
